줄거리 Story
3D 애니메이션 <미투리>는 경북 안동의 450년 전 이응태의 무덤에서 발견된 머리카락으로 삼은 미투리 한 켤레와 편지에 얽힌 실화를 바탕으로 만들어진 작품이다. 매 사냥을 나온 응태는 위기에 처한 연이를 구하고 사랑에 빠진다. 다시 만날 약속도 못 한 채 헤어진 연이는 상사병에 걸린다. 순이의 도움으로 다시 만난 둘은 영원히 헤어지지 않을 것을 약속한다. 아들 원이와 함께 행복한 시절을 보내던 중, 응태에게 갑자기 병마가 찾아온다. 연이는 병석에 누운 남편의 쾌유를 위해 자신의 머리카락으로 미투리를 삼고 하늘을 감동시킬 편지를 적어 내린다. 이 작품은 병색이 깊은 남편이 회복하기를 바라는 아내의 간절한 마음을 배경으로, 부부의 만남과 행복했던 시절 그리고 이별의 정한을 다룬 이야기다.
<Mituri> is a 3D animation about a pair of shoes made of hair and a touching letter from the grave of Lee Eungtae in Andong written 450 years ago. Eungtae is hunting with his hawk when he encounters Yeon-i and saves her life. The two of them fall in love, but when they part without a promise to meet again, Yeon-i becomes lovesick. With the help of Sun-i, they reunite and promise never to be apart. They spend their happiest days together with their son Won. One day, Eungtae is stricken by a sudden illness. To help him recover, Yeon-i makes a pair of shoes with her hair and writes a touching letter to the heavens, praying for her husband’s recovery. This is the story of the couple’s dramatic encounters, their happiest days, and their tearful farewell.
