Korean animation "Larva" to be made into smartphone game

Already beloved by television audiences of all ages,... cartoon character Larva has wiggled itself into another media realm: smartphone games. "Distinctive, and at the same time funny characters like these will draw people in,... eventually providing users with original entertainment." The users may be as far as Southeast Asia and South America... in countries where the animation is already popular. The creators of the game hope it′s just as well received. "Diversifying and expanding into overseas markets,... we are trying to reach emerging markets such as Brazil and China." Korea dramas and Korean pop music have already proven themselves to be popular overseas. The success of Larva and other animations has some wondering whether cartoons may just be the next big thing.
