줄거리 Story

어느 날 아침, 홍비는 도롱도롱 빗방울 소리에 잠이 깨어 창밖을 봅니다. 창밖의 나뭇가지엔 하얀 구름 한 조각이 걸려있습니다. 홍비는 동생 홍시와 함께 나뭇가지에 걸린 솜털처럼 가벼운 구름 한 조각을 걷고는, 조심조심 안고서 엄마에게 가져다줍니다. 엄마는 홍비와 홍시가 가져온 구름을 큰 그릇에 담고, 신선한 우유와 물을 붓고, 이스트와 소금, 설탕을 넣어 반죽을 하고, 작고 동그랗게 빚은 다음 오븐에 넣습니다. 그리고 45분이 지나자 맛있게 잘 익은 동그란 구름 모양의 구름빵이 고소한 냄새를 피우며 두둥실 떠오르고, 구름빵을 먹은 홍비와 홍시도 두둥실 떠오릅니다. 홍비와 홍시는 높이높이 하늘을 훨훨 날아서, 회사에 늦을세라 아침도 못 먹고 헐레벌떡 집을 나선 아빠에게 빵을 가져다주기도 하고, 공공도서관에 있는 낙서 되고 훼손된 책들을 고쳐주기도 하며, 어딘가로 사라지는 빨래들을 찾아 모험도 떠나게 됩니다.
<구름빵>은 사랑스러운 고양이 홍비, 생명력이 넘치는 홍시의 친구와 이웃을 돕는 따뜻한 마음과 재미있고 다채로운 모험을 그린 아름다운 판타지입니다.

Cloud Bread is a fantastic story about the lovable cat Hombi and the energetic Homsi who help their friends and neighbors during fun and heart-warming adventures. One morning, Hombi is roused from sleep by the sound of rain. Outside the window, a white cloud is caught on a tree branch. The siblings Hombi and Homsi take the cloud from the tree branch and carefully bring it to their mother. The mother puts the cloud in a big bowl and pours fresh milk and water, adds ice, salt, and sugar, and mixes it into dough. She shapes the dough into small round pieces and places them in the oven. After baking for 45 minutes, the tasty-looking cloud-shaped bread floats up and gives off a savory smell. Hombi and Homsi take a bite of the cloud bread and float into the air, flying higher into the sky as they set off on their adventure. They bring some of the bread to their father who rushed to work in the morning without eating breakfast. They help repair the books in the public library that were torn and vandalized. And they rescue the lost laundry that had disappeared.
