줄거리 Story
샌드위치 미니 트럭을 운용하는 로맨티시스트 아빠와 항공사 승무원인 엄마와 살고 있는 차노을은 불의의 사고로 은퇴한 챔피언 나이스 조로부터 애슬론 장고, 앰뷸런, 메트론을 얻으며 서바이벌 로봇 레이싱 대회에 참가하게 된다. 자칭 능력자라고 외치며 늘 덤벙대기만 하던 노을은 아빠의 비밀과 스승 나이스 조의 아픔을 알게 되면서 로봇 레이싱 대회를 우승해야 하는 진정한 이유를 깨닫게 되고, 전년도 우승자 카이저 융의 반칙과 음모에 맞선다.
한편, 12년 전 헤어진 아들과 화해하기 위해 대회를 주최하는 송 회장은 경기장에서 의문의 반칙과 위험한 사고가 연속해서 발생하자 범인을 추적한다. 과연 송 회장은 잃어버린 아들을 찾고 오랜 아픔에서 벗어날 수 있을 것인가!
Noel Cha’s mother is an airline flight attendant, and his father is a mini truck driver who delivers sandwiches but is a romantic at heart. After a tragic accident forces the champion Nice Joe to retire, Noel receives Joe’s Athlons – Django, Ambulon, and Metron – and competes in a robot survival racing contest. Although Noel boasts rashly about being the best there is, he finds a real reason to compete in the contest after learning about his father’s secret and his mentor Joe’s tragic story. Noel faces off against the plots of the previous year’s champion Kaiser Young who won the contest by cheating.
Meanwhile, Chairman Song hosted the race with the hopes of finding his son with whom he parted ways 12 years ago. He learns of the repeated acts of cheating and strange accidents that are happening and sets out to find the perpetrator. Will Song be able to find his long-lost son and escape from his long-endured suffering?
