줄거리 Story
로봇 레이스를 좋아하는 소년 해일과 또봇 애슬론을 개발 중인 그의 어머니 고운은 애슬론 알파, 베타, 세타와 함께 로봇 레이스에 참가하며 챔피언인 모팍을 만날 꿈에 부푼다. 그러던 중 모팍이 승리를 위해서 수단과 방법을 가리지 않으며 사악한 음모를 꾸미는 악당임을 알게 되자 그가 계속 부당한 방법으로 챔피언의 자리를 차지하게 두어서는 안 된다고 생각하는 해일. 모팍은 자신의 유명세 뒤에 숨은 채 하수인인 도찐과 개찐에게 악행을 시켜가며 우승을 꾀하지만, 해일은 애슬론들과 마음을 모으는 한편 이미 모팍에게 피해를 입은 적 있는 수리의 도움을 받아 정정당당하게 승리를 향한 도전을 한다.
Hale is a human boy who loves the robot races. His mother, Goeun, works in research and development. Together with Athlons Alpha, Beta, and Zeta, they hope to enter the robot race and meet the champion, Mopak. When they learn that Mopak is in fact a villain who will stop at nothing to win the race, Hale decides that he can no longer allow Mopak to keep his championship position by using unfair methods. Mopak hides behind his fame while sending his minions Dochin and Gaechin to carry out evil deeds to win the race. With the help of Suri who struck a blow again Mopak once before, Hale and the Athlons must work together to defeat the champion and win fair and square.
